End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Frequenz AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software plugin(s) ("Software") on up to two (2) computers owned or controlled by you, for personal or commercial music production purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use the Software on more than two (2) computers simultaneously

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Frequenz AI retains all intellectual property rights in the Software. Your license does not grant you any ownership of the Software itself.

4. Audio Output

You retain full ownership and rights to any audio content created using the Software. There are no royalties or attribution requirements for audio produced with Frequenz AI plugins.

5. Updates

Your license includes free updates to the major version purchased. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x to v2.0) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@frequenzai.com. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Frequenz AI does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Frequenz AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
